With the rise of information technology, the ordinary person can find information much more easily: templates for contracts or other documents can be readily downloaded from the internet; people can search up how to incorporate a company themselves; or even what the current legislation has to say about their matters. This means the need for lawyers in people’s lives are declining, and rapidly too.
