Why is the legal service sector rapidly changing? Well, today people are quite keen to search the web for solutions to their problems, template documents can be readily downloaded, people share their advice and experience, and government agencies are part of the general trend to promote access to justice by posting a great amount of information (i.e. about regulations) on their official websites for public reference. To top it all off, there has also been a growing recognition of alternative (or appropriate) dispute resolutions (ADR), which are processes primarily driven by the participation of parties instead of their legal representatives.
